Next week, I'm going to have that delightful procedure for which you have to fast the day before, drink quarts of awful stuff, and take over the "all-genders" room for most of the evening before, then go under anesthesia while a gastroenterologist checks out your internal plumbing. What I don't remember from when I was younger is being instructed to avoid nuts, seeds, corn, and raw fruits and veggies for seven days. Remind me never to clean the stove-top for Shabbat before I cook a pot of blueberries.  😀
